Himalayan Children
Education Fund (HCEF) is a
non goverment and non profit organization run by motivated locals
and foreign volunteers. It is registered under Nepal Govt. aiming
to find individual sponsors for underpriveleged children for their
education.We encourage both the sponsor and the child to have warm
relation, bonding and interactions.
Nepal is one of the poorest nations in the world. Nepal has a population of 23.2 million people of which more than 60 castes/ethnic groups are accommodated in the country. People from different regions have different origins, subcultures, races, ethnic groups, life styles and religions. But common things they all are deprived of are education, health and basic needs.
